About mberry
My name is Michael Berry and I grew up in Montreal West, a town with numerous rail lines passing through. I have always been interested in trains but have been photographing them on a regular basis since 2005. I currently use a Nikon D5300 with a NIKKOR 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3G ED VR lens. For even more of my photos, check out http://www.flickr.com/photos/mtlwestrailfan/.

Four of these fascinating streetcars were built for the Montreal Tramways company. Thankfully all have been preserved, including two at Exporail. ![This was the first run of CN 528, a new train replacing CP 930, which used to operate on CP trackge from St-Luc Yard to Harrisburg, usually with Norfolk Southern power. CN 528 will run on CN tracks till Rouses Point, NY. It has just exited Taschereau Yard and is on its way to L'Acadie, Qc to pick up its train. The next few weeks after this, the train would not operate out of Taschereau Yard, but out of Southwark Yard in St-Lambert. Since then it has been renumbered to 328 and now operates out of Taschereau Yard again.](http://www.railpictures.ca/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/DSC_0001-200x150.jpg)

![ AMT Mishmash. In 2009 we see 3 AMT trains laying over for the weekend at Delson. The equipment comes from such disparate sources as CN (a GP9), NJT (GP40FH-2 and cars), GO Transit (cars) on top of equipment built new for the AMT (F59PHI and cars). From the front, we first see AMT 1325 (F59PHI) with 3 700 series AMT cars and 1 leased NJT car. Next is AMT 1310 (GP9), generator car 604 and 4-ex GO tranist 'Go Karts'. Last is AMT 4140 (a GP40FH-2 on lease from NJT) and 3 700 series AMT cars mixed with 2 leased NJT cars. Unfortunately AMT trains no longer lay over here on weekends. The new location is not easily photographable like this one.](http://www.railpictures.ca/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/IMG_7716_2-200x150.jpg)
