Back when Woodstock had a yard engine assigned to handle the local duties CN 7152, a GMD SW8 sits on the west leg of the wye. Both are now long gone as is the short segment of track that continued north of the wye part of the remains of the old Port Dover & Lake Huron Railway line.

Due to delays over in Michigan this train was designated as an X144 due to it's late departure. Having a BC Rail unit leading is a rare treat on this train. BCOL 4651 has 66 Triple Crown trailers in check as they come down the grade into Brantford.

CN 403 is passing the east end of the Brantford yard @ 13:50. A pair of MLW M636's CN 2302 - CN 2315 arrive with 49 cars and after setting off 4 cars depart @ 14:03. CN van 79212 brings up the rear on this train.

CN 3745 sits on the north side of the Brantford Yard having last been used on train 509. The unit suffered a cab fire and was set out here. Also joining this RS18 is another, CN 3666 which was the power for train 560 based out of the Brantford Yard.

Having cut off their train the crew is taking their power from Talbot Yard to the locomotive service tracks by the roundhouse on the other side of the Kettle Creek bridge. The time is 12:56 and the power is C&O 5730 - 5734 - 3900 - 5781. The 3900 was one of only 23 GP39 units ever built. C&O had 20 of them.

$The lead unit on TK22, CP 3105 is heading down the west back track at Galt along with SOO 4420 - CP 3045 towing a string of 25 loaded autoracks of new Toyota\'s. The tail end was onto the Galt Sub @ 12:54.$

$T69 the London Pick-up is stopped on the West Back track at Galt while the Conductor lines the switch for the main. Power is CP 5982 - CP 5876 and they have 23 cars in tow. Besides the 1 loaded bulkhead of lumber on the head end the other 22 are loaded multi\'s from the Toyota plant.$
