Caption: With GEXR 3030 leading train 431 for the last week or so, lots of railfans were out getting awesome shots of the once SOR assigned GP40-2LW. 3030 started its life as CN 9431 and spent many years on the Hagersville Sub as RMPX 9431. So it got me thinking to the GP40-2LW assigned to the SOR currently, RLHH 3049. Here is one of my favourite shots of it on the Hagersville Sub, leading train 595 towards Nanticoke with the assistance of RLHH 3403. On this day 3049 was assigned to the Hagersville Sub to pinch hit for an ailing 3404, but it can be commonly found in Hamilton or trundling down the Burford Spur in Brantford.

Nice composition!
Here it is in CN livery – although it is a black and white photo: http://www.railpictures.ca/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/SOR-9431.jpg
