With foreshadowing of things to come, this shot showing one of the many dozens of times CN offered (leased?) GEXR some power from their roster to get through a crunch. This is the one and the only 5800 series unit, an Alstom built SD75i, and likely one of the last built of the series. Hope y'all don't mind the GEXR showcase, there's plenty more to come as we reminisce over the last 20 years.
