Caption: What does the future hold for SOO 6027? Shopped for losing water it was discovered that 2 power assemblies were demolished causing internal engine damage and some slight external block damage. This most likely means the end of the SOO LINE paint.

  1. Looks like you and Steve are on the same 6027 wavelength today. :-)
    With 2 assemblies damaged, this must have been a rough running engine before shutdown.

  2. I saw 6027 on it’s trip on CP 142 in Welland a couple weeks ago. I wanted to get a photo of it but it was pitch black and raining with weeds everywhere. Oh well, at least I saw it one last time.
