This unit is now numbered JLCX 310 and it is owned by J&L Consulting, who also purchased Canadian Railserve (CRLX) a few years ago. It is indeed just stored at the museum, and the owner is currently using it as a parts source for the rest of their fleet.
It suffered a major engine failure a few years ago and has not operated since, the owner has not yet decided whether to scrap or rebuild it.
