Westbound CN 5630, GCFX 6047 and CN 5242 approach the Coniston CN-CP diamond on a beautiful September afternoon, as seen from atop what I refer to as the 'slag heap', a huge pile of tailings from local mining. In the upper left can be seen the CP line from North Bay. The GCFX, an SD40-3, is from Connell Leasing; in its former life it toiled as SD40 CN 5219.
