We have quite the trio of power here with CP 6017 (SD40-2) with CP 6258 (SD60M) and CP 2278 (GP20C-Eco) hauling the management train Southbound on the Hamilton sub about to go under the Newman Street overpass. The trio would pick up full ballast cars and used rail tie gondolas and head North with CP 2278 on point.

  1. That power ended up going on CP 132 that evening. The SD60M was facing the other way, and the GP20 was leading. Quite the lashup indeed. Hopefully it stays intact for a few more runs.

  2. Nice shot!

  3. Thank you kindly.

  4. 6258′s number has faded on the side. There are a few like that now. hopefully these 3 are 132 for tomorrow still. Nice catch again Bill !
