  1. If this is a morning train the 901 is pushing, with a control-cab car leading. All morning trains are led by control-cabs, and all evening trains are led by F59PHIs

  2. Apparently the reporting mark for West Coast Express used to be BCVX, but later was changed to WCE (note BCWX belongs to Union Tank Car Co)
    BCVX 901 / WCE 901 is F59PHI – as of 2018 WCE also has one MP36PH-3C, WCE 906, which leads when eastbound in afternoon/evening.
