VITX 2020 is an NRE 1GS7B genset locomotive, with one Cummins QSK19C low emissions diesel rated at 700 HP. This is NRE's smallest and lowest-power switcher. This one is equipped with AAR type A switcher trucks.
Viterra is a major grain elevator operator at the Port of Vancouver. It has its own locomotives and crews to move cuts of grain hoppers as required, including spotting them for unloading at their elevators.
