Railpictures.ca - Ian Deck Photo: VIA Rail Canada has just renumbered VIA 6403 to VIA 6459, and through all Railfans in to a loop. The reason for this was the new Canadian $10 Bill, coming out soon, has a picture of VIA 6403 leading in the mountains, and from what was stated, for safety of the crews and carrying a good name for the company. It came down on train 73 and there was no 78 outbound, due to the Civic Holiday, and no 71 inbound tomorrow, it will return to Toronto that way.
