Caption: VIA Rail #1 "The Canadian" has just come up from Union Station via the Newmarket Sub, and is beginning its reverse movement onto the CN York Sub for the trip east to Doncaster (and up the Bala Sub). Here, rear dome-observation park car Kootenay Park leads the 21 car consist off the Newmarket Sub, splitting the signals at Snider North as the train crosses back off the Highway 407 ETR overpass. A York Region Transit bus (LFS 1710) can be seen running the Route 760 Vaughan Mills / Wonderland route, originating from the cluster of new condos (around Vaughan Mills) and the faint roller coasters of Canada's Wonderland visible in the distance.
