VIA 6208 has been completely stripped after undergoing what I believe is a tear-down examination at CAD. VIA Rail was mandated by a Transport Canada order released on October 19th of last year to do a number of tests on stainless steel cars.

    Seems like a bit of a waste, as it was fully rebuilt for VIA by IRSI around 2013.
