Yep. The middle of three was gone all the way to the ‘Jct’ to Montrose by 1994.

The CP’s CTC through here was removed from service on 9 December 1990, coincident with the implementation of OCS and the then new Canadian Rail Operating Rules. At the same time, dispatching of the Hamilton sub (including the former TH&B Welland sub) was moved to Toronto and the Hunter Street and St Thomas (CASO) dispatching office was closed. Watch for an article on this upcoming in the TH&B Historical Association “Ontarian” this fall.
