I love the S-13 units, I used to see them all the time around Moncton. That MOW truck is nice catch as well with Reading stamped into the tailgate. I’m guessing it came from Conrail. They had quite a few of those. https://conrailphotos.thecrhs.org/photos/cr-x1315x
I believe the ‘Reading’ stamped in the tailgate of the pictured vehicle is the trade name of the service body applied to the chassis.

Paul O’Shell that would make sense. The CBNS had one that they bought from Conrail during the 90′s. One of their employees had to drive it all the way from the site of the sale in Chicago to it’s new home in Sydney NS. I would imagine it was an interesting road trip.
Hi Jeremy. CN on the Great Lakes Region had a couple of those hi-rail GMC/Grumman chassis on the property. One I know was a CN unit, and another was inherited when they acquired the CASO in southern Ontario.
I also recall seeing one around Hagersville, ON during the Penn Central days.
