Train MW-1, with F7Au 9164 for power, backs off one of the shop tracks in Capreol, Ontario.  It will back out to the east crossing (Dennie Street) before pulling forward to load passengers in front of the station.  9164 was rebuilt from the 9128.  Train MW-1 was an employee only train that ran weekly between Capreol and Armstrong.

  1. The snow shields are a nice touch! I spent many an hour on the ‘Engineering Special’ back in the mid-70′s heading to & from work on the Ruel & Caramat Subs.
    That tool car in the background was for CN 431-31 a Clark/Michigan 125B 3 cu. yd. front end loader.
