This was an attempt to put the capture the RR "in place", or in its environment. 
550, the Brazeau Sub local is leaving Edmonton, and passing the distinctive Stelco (?) works. This facility is Alta Steel now, with a different building setup.
The spheres and distillation towers in the background belong to the Imperial Oil refinery.
Although not in the photo, 90 degrees to the right, there was a safety training facility that had a caboose high up on a metal bridge to nowhere. Sorry, no photos.

    Yes, was Stelco but only because Stelco purchased (then sold it decades later)
