This image should be of interest to many of you on the group; at least those around Southern Ontario. Kinnear Yard was a popular place to check out action on the old TH&B (when this photo was taken)and later on when it became a place to check out diesels on the CP. The old Yard Office has had many faces over the years, and this is how I remembered it best. A drafty old green shack. Former rail car of some sort by the look of it. I get to wondering where the namesign went...............

  1. Any old box car would rather be a yard office than go to the scrapper. It even still has bracket supports at the roof peaks for the running board. :-) Another real good one Arnold.

  2. My goodness, what’s the story on this thing?

  3. And who has that sign :)

  4. I bet Mooney’s Mailbox has it !
