Perfect upload considering what’s beside this one
The first coach appears to be one of the old parlour cars that CN had modified many years before VIA was formed. The ones I rode in during these early VIA days often had the individual swivel seats and no facilities for heating meals. They were sold as “club with snack” at a lower fare than the club cars that had hot meals. Not all had the old parlour car seats, though; some of them had the modern “2+1″ seating.

Telephone booths are another item that have become somewhat rare.
