Caption: There is no hiding the fact that this was a very hot summer day when this scene transpired along CN's short Townline spur in Milton on July 6, 2016. The burnt grass, lowered car windows and patio umbrella just made me want to find some shade. The crew of local 551 have paused briefly to hook up to some empty centre beam cars at a lumber yard before heading back to the mainline. Lead unit GP9RM 4125 shows off the scars of a long grueling career on its nose. The building in the foreground was once part of the lumber yard but has since been leased out.
