The second westbound out of Edmonton immediately after the strike of '95 was the highly lucrative chemical products train 411. Edmonton's chemical companies were steamed about the strike. I don't know if it is just a coincidence, but it is led by CN's newest power.
The steam in the background is  from Inland Cement's facility, not Dow Canada's HQ.
