Caption: The SD70I's have always sparked a certain interest for me, most likely because they were the first units I got to photograph brand new. CN ordered only 26 of them before taking in countless similar looking SD75I's with a slightly higher horsepower rating. The shadows are seen growing very long between Milbase and Mansewood at Milton as CN train 394 headed by SD70I 5612 still in its as delivered paint rolls eastward with BC Rail Dash-9 4648. The train is passing the Whirlpool warehouse in town that is often served by CN local #551.
