The Chaleur starts its journey to Gaspé along the north shore of the Restigouche River in Québec in 1999.  But soon after the train lost its name, then rail service was replaced by buses. But since since September 2013 all service has been suspended, although it still appears on VIA's website.  Perhaps one day....
