Thanks Jason. I know there have been a few 40′s caught and tamed for industrial yard service at Fort. Saskatchewan. I like catching them still in the wild and in charge of a train. You are right though, this is getting tough to do. Thank goodness for the work trains during summer.
No centre axle shock absorber on the lead truck. More TLC CN!
Excellent eye David. When looking at the original photo, it appears a bolt has snapped off the part that bolts onto the truck frame. Rather than drill it out, they took the easy route.
