  1. Nice angle Mike. How common are trains on this part of the Oakville Sub? Daily?

  2. Mike, very nice picture, but where was it taken from, the new Metrolinx/GO operations building ? Is T3 the south track ? And nice to see CN freight on the Oakville Sub.

  3. Now, now Mike–that’s just a “baby” train… today’s 554 left Oakville Yard with 109 cars and, after working Bronte, arrived Aldershot with 132 cars, over 6900 tons and 10,700 feet! (Same two units; normally not that large.)

    Kevin, yes 554 runs daily–generally leaves around 1300 hours and can easily be shot from the Chartwell crossing.
