Caption: Strictly an image for nostalgia buffs, this old view at Sundridge, about 50 miles south of North Bay, represents a glimpse of an era long gone. Note the sorry condition of a structure and a way of travel that has for all intents and purposes, vanished. The old schedule board was a fixture at all stations; maybe not as nice as this one, but....... Storm windows clipped on the outer door, to be removed and replaced with screen once the weather improves...heck, it is only March. Old Sunoco garage out back. Yeah. This is a classy way to travel. No wonder there is no passenger service thru this community of barely 1,000 souls anymore. I don't recall when this building was demolished, but I suspect at least 30 years ago.

A well composed photo of a long passed scene.
