Caption: Something new, something old, something borrowed and something blue: a real power-heavy dog's breakfast lashup handles this CP freight heading westbound through Cherrywood on the Belleville Sub, passing the sectionman's toolhouse about to cross Whites Rd. N. on its way to Toronto.
CP SD40-2 5755 (built in 1975 but in relatively fresh paint from repainting) leads SD40 5500 (their first SD40), a pair of leased Conrail GP38's including one in blue and one in PC black (judging by the smoke, CP's getting their money's worth out of her), another CP SD40-2, a C424, a Chessie-painted B&O GP, another CP C424 and one last blue Conrail GP buried at the rear of the consist.
