Oh crap, a carload of poles for Guelph Utility
I take it you didn’t like those poles Bruce…..
they all go CP(GEXR) now… none go CN anymore. That ended not long after CN took over (I’d say one or two months)
This was one of numerous Sunday trips I took with Doug to Guelph Jct.
I have the date as April 17/66, and I show this train with 4 engines – these 2 plus 8154-8130.
However what I do not show, is if they were set off or picked up.
All of which makes me wonder if the carload of poles isn’t for another town…
