I love seeing these obscure parts of railroading, neat catch for sure James! Interesting/sad that the sister 4003 has been at Railcar for almost a year now too.
Looking at my calendar I had a meeting in Burlington that afternoon so I must’ve detoured past the yard on my way back. The obscure and random is what keeps us coming back!

4001 is headed to Goderich Exeter and was enroute this week – may be on properry now
