Caption: Possibly a work train. It was pretty quiet this day at Paris. I always had a love for the M420, unfortunately becoming a serious railfan in the mid 90’s meant I almost completely missed out on the MLW era. Thankfully I kept myself busy those first few years hunting down what I could find. It was also nice having a bunch of new shortlines in Ontario stocking their rosters with hand me down MLW’s and old EMD’s. Sadly today much of the older power has been replaced by second generation power, so I’m glad I took the shots I did.
