Pandrol Jackson rail grinder RMS-3 sits waiting for a pilot at Dougal Ave. in Windsor prior to heading east on the Windsor Subdivision. It takes maintenance to keep trains rolling and grinding the rail profile is a big part of it. Sadly, when you see something like this, or a Sperry Car, you can pretty much pack up the camera for the day.
