OSR 1210, Ex CP 1210, originally CP 8112 poses next to TH&B 51. Similar in design, 51 built in 1948 while 1210 was built in 1958. It really is a testament for how well the paint on 51 is holding up. 1210 has gone through several paint jobs it seems over its life, starting in the block scheme, then pac-man, onto CP Rail, Canadian Pacific and finally all red with OSR reporting marks.

  1. The 51 was repainted to TH&B livery by OSR several years ago…..original paint scheme but not the original paint.

  2. Never realized how large the windshield over the hood on TH&B switchers was. Also appears the 1200′s have new spark arrestors in place.
