Caption: Once a strong, recognizable force of Ontario shortline railroading, the iconic "Railink" logo is hard to come by these days. Units in this paint scheme that are still in service have been repainted or had the Railink logo patched out, but 2 survivors sorta kinda live on in Central Ontario. Just oustide of Barrie CCGX 1755 and CCGX 1808 (both from SOR, a former arm of Railink) sit tied up unserviceable in one of the storage tracks at Barrie Collingwood Railway's small yard in Utopia. Not too far but far enough away from kicking cars in Hamilton, the pair now spend their days at the hands of the elements donating parts to keep BCRY's main locomotive (CCGX 1001) running. As you can tell, the elements have not been kind to the exterior, but the real damage has been done inside the cabs where everything that hasn't been bolted down or secured has been stripped and used. From the electrical cabinets to the control stands, nothing but wires and empty space remain, 1808 has even donated a seat to the CCGX 1001. Considering the shape of 1001's cab, I'd hate to see the seat it replaced.....

Still one of the nicest paint schemes I have seen.
