On Saturday, April 30th 1960, the day before the famed Canadian Pacific Tripleheader, a doubleheader trip was run on the Galt Sub from Toronto to Cooksville and back (fully within yard limits) using CPR 4-4-0 136 and 4-6-0 815. The two steam engines and their train of heavyweight passenger cars are seen inside Lambton Yard posed for photos along the north end of the yard bordering St. Clair Avenue West around Jane St. underpass, in the West Toronto "Junction" neighbourhood. Railfans, photographers and attendees crowd the yard between tracks filled with old "OCS" work equipment (including old boxcars, passenger cars, and old steam engine tenders converted for water service), with some taking it upon themselves to climb on top for a better view. The O'Keefe Brewing "Special Events Caravan" is even in attendance!

Original photographer unknown, Dan Dell'Unto collection slide.
