Caption: On a hot summer night in 2009 the Guelph Junction Express dinner excursion train has just returned to its home base which actually was in in Guelph Junction at that time, before they moved it to Arkell. Ontario Southland looked after the operational side of things and RS-23 506 was the "dedicated" power, complete with the Sleeman logo on the cab (Sleeman was a corporate sponsor and supplied the beer for the excursions, of course). We had spent the day doing promotional photography at the request of Rita and John Carroll, the train's owners. As John unloaded the coaches in the background I had asked the crew to wait until I had finished "painting" the loco with light before uncoupling the locomotive and driving off to park it. When I killed my big HID spotlight Bruce released the brakes and drove out of the frame, resulting in this image.
