Caption: On a fine early summer evening, the "dinner time" train for Niagara Falls rolls through Bayview with two "Budd cars" sporting the new image. However, if you look closely, you can still see "Canadian National" lettering above the windows and will notice that there is no black stripe typical of later repaints. (Several RDCs remained in this variant of the paint scheme into the mid-1970s.)
Also of interest is the new signal cantilever being installed with Centralized Traffic Control over to Burlington and up the Halton sub to the new Toronto Yard. (The 1957 CTC installation only controlled Bayview, Hamilton Jct, Hamilton West, Hamilton Yard and N&NW Jct.)
