Caption: Northbound GO Train #811, the 2nd last evening downtown Toronto - Barrie commuter train approaches Rivermede Road at mile 14 of the CN Newmarket Subdivision with a rare L10L consist - a F59PH locomotive on the head end with a MP40PH-3C on the tail. The leading F59PH is one of the only 4 or 5 left on GO's fleet, and having 2 different engines on one GO train is hard to come across in 2015. The Newmarket Subdivision used to be owned by the Canadian National Railway Company, and later, GO Transit had purchased the line. However, it is still operated by CN. GO Transit also started construction of a 2nd track all the way to Barrie to run hourly service in the future, which is planned to be completed by 2020.
