No one in the railfanning community on vacation goes by the Lethbridge Viaduct without checking it for trains. The landmark is almost a mile long and 300+ ft above the Oldman River. So, we were not going to leave town without checking it either. Waited an hour, but caught CP 6240 and 5049 heading west. What a sight!!

    That was well worth the wait ! From that viewpoint it’s one spindly looking structure.

    Had no idea how spindly this viaduct looks, first time I have seen a picture from this location – well done & thanks for posting
