Caption: Nice to see this old Jerseyville TH&B station was saved from its former location at mile 52, Waterford Sub., way back in 1962, and moved to the future Wentworth Pioneer Village; now known as Westfield Heritage Village. It sits next to the old TH&B 103 steam engine in this rather nice historical park. Westfield is only open Sundays thru most of the summer, well worth the visit...just outside of Rockton off Hwy 8 northwest of Hamilton. Other attractions at this Kirkwall Rd site include homes, stores blacksmith shops and the like, all set back in earlier times. The kids loved rides pulled by an authentic Sawyer-Massey steam tractor which made the rounds very frequently. Fun, as they say, for the whole family.
