Name that Foamer! The photo line waits in anticipation as RLHH 4003 slowly makes its way down the Burford Spur parallel to Clarence Street with a cut of hoppers for Ingenia.

  1. Ok, someone has way too much time on their hands :-)

  2. SMH…

  3. LOL, joke buddy

  4. I’m going to vote all of them. Lol.

  5. Hahah this is great! nice work Rob.

  6. Well? Who are they ..left to right ??

  7. I can confirm that I was present

  8. Ya couldn’t line up a token woman for us, eh?

  9. I thought I looked pretty good from this angle :P

  10. Meh !!!

  11. Arnold, clearly you should’ve been there to see the conductor working the SOR job ;)

    Also, #RIPJoe’sLeftArm

  12. Looked at the view of the butts, and wondered; don’t these young’uns do things other than photograph trains on the Burford Spur? Granted it was RaiLink painted motive power;
however one would imagine they either have to attend school or are employed, somewhere. And it was a weekday.

Rob Smith has an excuse; he is employed by the City of Brantford and this is his daytime stomping grounds.

Maybe I am getting too old for this….

  13. And don’t forget, Bryce, he was on lunch……..

  14. I was done school for the day :) Also my first time shooting them since February :)

  15. James Gardiner, Joseph Bishop, Cody Lee, and Paul Hammond. I was surprised to see the photo line-up when I arrived. It’s always good to run in to friends trackside, even if it’s brief. And on my lunch break… :)

  16. Joe, Pure and total lies :) You spindoctor you.

    At least y’all had fun.

  17. I’ve seen them many a time! But have not taken a shot of them since February with the Nikon! Shitty cellphone grabs don’t count.

  18. A camera is a Camera Joe :)

My 2 megapixel camera was complete garbage compared to what’s in your phone. Today’s phones have very usable sensors… not totally garbage. I’d say with the right processing you couldn’t tell the difference for a website like this. But you have to do it right.

One day you’ll pull those out (Videos?) and be glad you did – Clarence St is still a very neat operation and if I lived close I’d spend more time.
