My two daughters look up at the preserved electric steeplecab preserved in a park in Cornwall. It was operated in Cornwall between 1963 and 1971 by the Cornwall Street Railway, which was taken over by CN in 1971. It was built in 1930 for the Salt Lake & Utah Railway. It is supposed to be moved to the Railway Museum of Eastern Ontario in Smiths Falls in the near future.

  1. Great photo Michael. Somehow I missed this back in 2006, on my only trip to Cornwall.

  2. Thanks.
