Caption: My spur-of-the-moment attempt at a fall foliage shot finds CP 244's power pulling into the clear of the back lead at London to allow T-69's power to move down the back lead for the shop track. After the two sets of engines meet, 244 will obtain a work authority from begin/end CTC London to the ESS Lobo to retrieve their train of empty autoracks that the inbound crew tied down in the siding early that morning. Once their train was back together, the crew would have more work to do in London as 242's power would be lifted from the passing track. The engineer on 244 shut down the BNSF 899 after the trailing unit produced large amounts of smoke that drifted into the cab of the lead engine. Despite being not that long out of rebuild at CAD, the lead engine was reported to have several defects, including leaky weatherstripping on the cab doors.
