At the time the bridge over the creek was being rebuilt. The RDC is on a shoo-fly.
C’mon Brad… if there was anything moving on the main, that RDC would be foul and they would have a massive collision/derailment on their hands. You honestly think there was a risk of some LRC creeping up on them at 90 mph without anyone noticing? Relax, soak up the nostalgia, and spare us the lecture.
