Long live the centre cabs! When the NREX end cabs arrived for NSC, I was admittedly a little sad, as I had grown quite fond of the centre cabs I had seen countless times over the past several years. Not to mention, with the demise of the Columbian Carbon centre cab and more recently the Bunge centre cab, they were arguably more rare to find still roaming industrial operations. And hey, if I wanted to see an end cab, there's a better one working Parkdale literally just down the street. With one of the NSC end cabs having been involved in an incident on the property a while back, it's still easy enough to find 11 roaming around, much to my delight. Things looks a little different at Steel Car now with the barriers and security truck. All vehicles entering and exiting the property now do so through the entrance a little further north.

  1. Nice. Good to see they are still active.

  2. I believe #11 is the only one active.
