Judging by the clean look, it appears that the late Del Rosamond found a couple of GP9s sporting the new CN logo. Circa 1960 / 1961. This image comes from a 35mm slide – not Mr. Rosamond’s standard format. (Approximately 55 years later, this is the first occasion for this photograph to be presented.)

    My big question of the day is “What is the long thing on the walkway”? Looks like a ladder, but I don’t think so. The 4424 looks like it received it’s new paint very recently. I always liked this style of number the CN used in the GP9 number boards.
