Caption: It's a busy summer evening at Toronto (Agincourt) Yard, as viewed from the Finch Avenue overpass at the north end of the yard. A cut of empty open autoracks are being moved around in the foreground as CP S2 7026 switches a mix of cars on the next track over, including a gondola full of freight car wheels in front of its caboose (maybe to/from the car shops). CP 7026 wasn't one of the regular pulldown power units that flat-switched the east end of the hump yard (those were usually a pair of MU'ed MLW S2 or S3 switchers, and only certain numbers were so equipped like 7077+7089, 6563+6564, etc) so 7026 might be working a local, transfer or road job that's just dropping in.

Road freight power in the form of modern MLW and GMD units are visible in the background, with one set running light power (likely heading from the diesel shop in the distance to their train in the yard).

Much of the freight cars in this scene are still in CP's block lettering or script lettering liveries, as new and repainted Action Red cars were just starting to show up. Three vans (in the late 60's "Action Script" colours) are visible on the left near the van shop. On the right is the East Yard Pulldown Tower. Goodies visible in the yard include stock cars (sprayed with white disinfectant lime), covered gondolas, and an old combine passenger car (possibly removed from its trucks and used for storage).
