Now thats nice!!
Here’s one that I got of 7311 from a while back http://www.railpictures.ca/?attachment_id=11328
Sweet!
Nicely done!
Great shot Steve.
A rebuilt SW1200. Looks good but missing those wonderful spark arrestors. Nice shot.
Which 2 SW1200 do you mean?
Beauty!
Thanks Gang! Phil there’s a CN painted unit @ Mac yard for the steel centre and some yellow unit at a transfer business.
@Stephen. The yellow SW1200 is lettered RT for rail transfer. It does the switching at the Mac Yrd steel centre and also the scrap metal site where the former S yard was located. There is no CN painted unit anymore, just the 1394 in yellow. I have many pictures of it.
Nice! The engineer is in the window for your photo.
The yellow in the footwells really adds to the image of these units.
That looks like a little Hawk standing on the chimney. Cool!
CN 7316 (in CN paint!) was switching the steel centre this morning as I was coming in on 579. RT-110 (ex-CN1394) was sitting behind a cut of boxcars by the waste transfer building.
Nice composition!
@Stephen, thanks.. i will try to get a shot of the other one at Mac Yrd.
Really guys? 20 favourites? I honestly didn’t think this would break 10. Thanks of course, but I just didn’t think it was that good.
We’ll all be around for our money on the weekend. )
Haaaa haaaa haaa!
Hmmm… 21 well earned Gold Stars now! Nice shot Mr. Host… I like it a lot!
This property is all fenced in now.
What was the reason for the removal of the spark arrestors? Classic shot. And I don’t think this unit is on CN’s roster. So it’s owned by the steel co there? And if so..surprised the Noodle is still on the sides.
