Caption: In my working days, construction site visits gave me the opportunity to do some railfanning in places I wouldn't normally get to. While I would take the direct route to get to the meeting, I usually took the scenic route home. Here we see CN 6167 looking pretty rough sitting on the north side of the tracks near the Guelph train station. The engine was cosmetically restored around 2010 and moved to the south side of the tracks. In 2020 it was moved again to John Galt park. My previous encounter with this engine was a glimpse from the window of an excursion being pulled by 4-8-4 #6218 in 1968.
