In any case, I'm glad the photo was taken the way it was, showing some detail of the facilities in Windsor. For, in less than three years time, CN and CP will purchase the Canada Southern then CN will re-route its trains through an upgraded Van de Water yard in December 1985. Norfolk Southern trains continued to operate on the Chatham sub until late September 1991 when CSX granted NS trackage rights between Fargo and Chatham.
