Caption: I was working from home yesterday as there were some renovations going on in the office, and got a message shortly before noon that the TEC Train was nearing Desjardins, headed for Aberdeen Yard. Typically, I don't even find the TEC Train that interesting, but this was an opportunity to see a train in daylight on track where I have never seen one before (with the Kinnear yard job working Aberdeen on the 2300 shift). I knew if I ever had a chance at a daylight move here it would be Chatham Street where I would go, and luckily, I live pretty close to the Hamilton Sub so I was able to get over here, get the shot, and get home all in about 20 minutes. They tied the train down in Aberdeen and it was still there yesterday after work. I heard it went south on the Hamilton Sub this morning.
The industry pictured right is some sort of lubricant place, and does get rail service as I have seen the odd tank in there. Not sure how often they get cars in as I myself don't venture over here all that often given the total lack of daylight moves.
